Is there a statute-specified timeframe in which a Building Control Authority must notify an applicant of their receipt of a valid Commencement/7-Day Notice?

A Building Control Authority (BCA) should issue an Article 9 non-compliance notice within 7 days and specify a two-week timeframe for reply, whereon the BCA on receipt/non-receipt will make a decision.

A BCA should issue their decision within 7 days of receipt of application.
