What if false or misleading information is included on a statutory form or supporting document?

Validation is based solely on the assumption that the facts stated in and the attachments forming part of a notice/application/certificate are true and accurate. If at any time after validation inaccuracies are found, this may cause the invalidation of the notice/application/certificate and make it subject to enforcement proceedings, for which there is a cost.
