Share

For work under the scope of SI 9 (2014), a Certificate of Compliance on Completion (CCC) must be submitted to the Building Control Authority, and relevant particulars thereof shall be included on the statutory register before the building may be opened, occupied, or used.

The CCC must be signed by the Assigned Certifier and Assigned Builder. It certifies that the building/works have been conducted in accordance with Building Regulations.

The Building Control Authority validates/invalidates the CCC in accordance with Article 20F of the amended Building Control Regulations.
