The work comprised the transformation of 3,600 sq. ft. from a grey box to a high-end Cat B fit-out. The works included a full M&E package and 3,000sq ft of a Herringbone Floor, which came to the site unfinished and was finished on site. The use of crystal glass and exposed M&E services gives a real industrial feel whilst the furnishings soften the space.
