The modern fit-out of 4 floors over a very tight programme successfully delivered the space as a European Centre of Excellence for the client. A key feature of the design was exposed services and acoustic rafts which were installed as the property was taken from a shell condition to a fully finished and furnished space for the end user. The scope included the design and construction of a modern contemporary office space with 15 fully AV functional meeting rooms, 2 comms rooms, 9 phone booths and kitchen and break out areas on all floors.
