Grants and Eligible Upgrades 2023

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) provide grants of up to 35% depending on the type of home improvement carried out and the enhancements made to the energy rating of the home. In addition, as part of this initiative, Energia will provide additional support of up to 5%. To view a list of the upgrades which are eligible for grant support, see the table below. Please note that you must have grant approval in place before you start works.

One Stop Shops offer homeowners all the services required for a complete home energy upgrade. These registered private operators will manage the entire process for you, from the initial assessment of your home, through to the final BER
