The works comprised the removal of an old roof containing asbestos and installation of a new insulated roof covering. Roccullined the 6No water tanks on the roof with fibreglass and ran new pipework down through new risers we constructed on the landings. We removed asbestos from the ceilings in the common areas and made good all areas. All these works were undertaken over a 6-month period with 72No live apartments. How our team operates so well under these tough conditions is due to meticulous planning and constant communication with the client and tenants.
