This project was delivered in the 3 Park Place Building on Hatch Street in Dublin city centre. The building remained live throughout the works with occupants on all other floors. There was a high-end reception area put in place with a substantial specialist joinery package. The feature stairs was a standout element of the project. An open-plan office space was fitted out along with meeting rooms and a canteen area. Live protocols were adopted throughout the project as stakeholder management was key to the success of this project.
