This was a 27,000 sq ft job across 4 floors in a live building. We worked on the basement, ground, 3rd and 4th floors so had to be aware at all times of the tenants on 1st and 2nd. A testament to how well we performed here is that we were asked to carry out a fit-out for the 2nd-floor tenant(FTI Consulting) as we were finishing up in Huckltree.The works comprised of the upgrade of existing M&E services, internal partitions c/w glaze partitions, decoration throughout & modifications to existing furniture.
