The project comprised the complete tenant and landlord fit-out over all 8 floors of the landmark property of Cumberland House. This 1970’s building has been totally transformed into a new modern office block delivered to LEED Platinum Standards. The project consisted of the complete strip out of the existing internal fabrics and M&E plant and equipment, the removal and subsequent replacement of all external glazing elements, the construction of a new front entrance and reception area, the extension of the ground floor footprint and the complete CAT A fit-out of both the tenant and landlord spaces.
