This project included the refurbishment of the Guinness Powerhouse Building on the lower ground level, upper ground level and the 1st floor. There was an extension built on which was completely cladded. There was a visitor’s experience completed as part of the works. Large copper stills were installed, and a lift put in place. There was specialist lighting installed throughout. A full M&E upgrade was completed and all external works including hard and soft landscaping. The visitor experience composed of a reception area, exhibition area, guided tour of the distillery area and a tasting bar.
