Luca Architecture was engaged in this project to provide a dynamic and high-end fit-out concept for what will be one of the most luxurious apartment complexes in Dublin 4.
The client wishes to bring a new level of living experience with this development and it is unique in its location and what it offers in terms of its accommodation, main reception areas, common areas, and general facilities.
We have been working closely with the developer to develop an interior language of material palettes, finishes, furniture for all these spaces that not only enhances the development but provides a new benchmark in the standard of finish and fit-out for apartments of this kind.
